In this enchanting modern fairytale, Gabriel Byrne plays Papa Riley, a poor widower who lives with his two young sons Ossie and Tito. Hope arrives when the children's maternal grandfather gives them a magical white stallion called Tír na n?g, which means Land of the Forever Young in ancient Irish legends. Before long a deep bond is formed between the young boys and the special horse. When outsiders plot to sell the horse to a rich business man, Ossie and Tito decide that they must free Tir na n?g and they take off Into the West on an adventure to save their horse.
